Wolf Larsen (Sebastian Koch) is the tyrannical Captain of the notorious seal hunting vessel, the Sea Wolf. While on the high seas, he takes on castaway Humphrey Van Wyden (Stephen Campbell Moore). But instead of abandoning him at the next harbour, Wolf puts the mild mannered literary critic to work and rules over him with an unyielding iron fist. Much to Wolf’s surprise, the graft transforms Van Wyden into a hardened adversary - every bit as formidable as Wolf himself. But it’s not until the appearance of Wolf brother, Death (Tim Roth), and Maud (Neve Campbell), the daughter of a rival ship owner that the dynamic truly explodes into life, leaving three men to war over love, duty, life and death. Inspired by the Jack London classic, Sea Wolf is a high-seas adventure and psychological thriller that will stir, inspire, and excite its fans like never before.

Charged with keeping order in the blood-stained streets of Whitechapel, Reid and his men find themselves fighting to uphold justice and the rule of law; but always in the background lurks the fear of the Ripper - is he back for another reign of terror. The shadow of the Ripper is still felt in the neighbourhood by the vigilantes, the sensation-seeking newspaper hacks and the men who hunted - and failed to find - the notorious murderer. It seems that even though the notorious killer has disappeared, there are plenty more willing to stain the streets of Whitechapel with their victims' blood... Series 2Based on the ratings we expecting to hear imminently that Ripper Street Series 2 will be commissioned by the BBC for another eight episodes. It premiered to 7.9 million viewers and a 26.1% share, to rank within BBC One's top ten highest rated drama programmes in 2012 and outperformed the channel's slot and prime time average share. The debut easily won its time slot against all competition, with 1.6 million viewers more than its nearest rival ITV1. Expect returning characters with more of the same rich storylines that meld with the intrigue of a criminal underworld festering on the hard streets of Victorian London, following the battle of the men whose job it is to bring the law to the lawless...
